How it works
1. Prepare your brief
Preferred date(s), request type, estimated guest count, and a short project description (vibe, technical needs, timing).
2. Contact the team
Reach us by email or WhatsApp with your brief. The clearer the message, the faster we can reply.
3. Discussion & quote
We get back to you to confirm availability, refine the format (buyout / collaboration) and share a tailored proposal.
4. Confirmation
Once the quote is approved, we lock in logistics and the run-of-show with you until the night.
Timing
For buyouts and collaborations, ideally plan several weeks ahead. Last-minute requests may still be possible depending on the calendar.
