These terms apply to bookings, tickets and payments made at a distance on this website.

Scope
These terms cover table bookings, entry tickets and, where offered online, payment linked to a night at Le Rouge Pigalle. An order placed in the venue, at the bar or with a server, is not a distance contract.
Prices
Prices are shown in euros, including tax, before payment. Service fees may be added: they are displayed before you confirm and are non-refundable. They cover the booking and payment platform.
Payment
Online payment is handled by Stripe. The contract is formed when payment is accepted and confirmation is shown or sent to you (email or SMS).
No right of withdrawal
The service is leisure on a specific date or period. Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. Before paying, you expressly acknowledge that you have no right of withdrawal.
Cancellation and refunds

If entry is refused on the night under the conditions shown at payment, amounts corresponding to the service may be refunded. Service fees stay non-refundable, unless the law requires otherwise.
Entry
Entry is reserved for people aged 18 and over. Identification may be requested. Alcohol cannot be sold to minors. Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health; consume in moderation. The club may refuse entry for dangerous behaviour or if these rules are not met.
